it’s a website.

I didn’t want to use Medium, or Substack, or any of those bullshit glorified newsletter apps, or “blog” creators that flatten the medium to the same six serif and sans-serif fonts.

I grew up on Geocities and Myspace and vBulletin or phpBB message boards and I’m going to be an elder millennial and make whatever the fuck I want over here.

The place is messy and I like it that way. Perhaps, over time, with more usage, I’ll start making things a little less messy — I’ve been using WordPress since the mid-00s, I know how, I just don’t want to.

But hater.press is a place where I publish my own shit that doesn’t really go anywhere else, but I’m going to click “post” because I am a Poster.

It’s gonna be messy over here because I like it that way.
